«Knowledge Streams» علامة تجارية تديرها منشأة KNOWLEDGE STREAMS FOR CONSULTANCY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT المرخّصة في إمارة أبوظبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة («نحن»). نحن المسؤولون عن البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها عبر الموقع www.knowledgestreams.co وقنوات التواصل المرتبطة به.
تشرح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك وفقًا للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (45) لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية والقرارات الصادرة بموجبه («قانون حماية البيانات»).
02البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات نموذج المعاينة المجانية: البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال (اختياري)، والنظام الذي تهتم به، ومجال عمل الشركة، والإدارات التي تختارها، والباقة التي ضغطت عليها.
بيانات التواصل: ما ترسله إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، مثل اسمك واسم شركتك ومحتوى رسائلك.
بيانات الشراء والفوترة: اسمك واسم الشركة وعنوان الفوترة ورقم التسجيل الضريبي (إن وُجد) وتفاصيل الطلب. تتم معالجة بيانات البطاقات لدى مزوّد الدفع مباشرة، ولا نطّلع على رقم البطاقة الكامل ولا نخزّنه.
بيانات تقنية: يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة تلقائيًا عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة في سجلات الخادم لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الموقع.
لا نطلب منك بيانات حساسة، ونرجو ألا ترسلها إلينا.
03ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) ولا أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة. نحفظ في متصفحك فقط اختيارك للغة والعملة (عبر التخزين المحلي localStorage) لنعرض الموقع بالطريقة التي اخترتها في زيارتك التالية. لا تُرسل هذه القيم إلينا، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.
إذا أضفنا لاحقًا أدوات تحليل أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط غير ضرورية، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونطلب موافقتك قبل تفعيلها.
04لماذا نستخدم بياناتك والأساس القانوني
إرسال المعاينة والرد على استفساراتك: بناءً على موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج أو مراسلتنا.
تنفيذ الطلب وتسليم الباقة وتقديم الدعم: لأن ذلك ضروري لتنفيذ العقد المبرم معك.
إصدار الفواتير وحفظ السجلات: للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية، ومنها قوانين ضريبة القيمة المضافة والإجراءات الضريبية.
حماية الموقع ومنع إساءة الاستخدام: عبر سجلات الخادم.
الرسائل التسويقية: فقط إذا وافقت عليها، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر الرابط في الرسالة أو بمراسلتنا.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة.
05مع من نشارك بياناتك
نشارك البيانات بالقدر اللازم فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون نيابةً عنّا وبموجب التزامات تعاقدية بالسرية والحماية، وهم:
مزوّد استضافة الموقع (Hostinger).
مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني (Titan عبر Hostinger) الذي نرسل منه الردود.
خادم الأتمتة الذي يستقبل طلبات النموذج ويحفظها (n8n، مستضاف لدى Contabo).
مزوّد خدمة الدفع عند الشراء.
منصة واتساب (Meta) إذا اخترت التواصل معنا عبرها، وتخضع الرسائل حينها لسياسة خصوصية واتساب أيضًا.
الجهات الحكومية أو القضائية المختصة عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
06نقل البيانات خارج الدولة
قد يخزّن بعض مزوّدي الخدمات البيانات على خوادم خارج دولة الإمارات. في هذه الحالة نلتزم بأحكام نقل البيانات عبر الحدود في قانون حماية البيانات، فننقلها إلى دول توفّر مستوى حماية مناسبًا، أو بضمانات تعاقدية مناسبة، أو في الحالات الأخرى التي يجيزها القانون.
07مدة الاحتفاظ
بيانات طلبات العيّنات والاستفسارات: حتى 24 شهرًا من آخر تواصل معك، ما لم تطلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
بيانات العملاء والفواتير: طوال مدة العلاقة التعاقدية، ثم المدة التي تفرضها القوانين الضريبية والتجارية (خمس سنوات على الأقل للسجلات الضريبية).
سجلات الخادم: وفق سياسة مزوّد الاستضافة، وعادةً لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان.
بعد انتهاء المدة نحذف البيانات أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.
08حماية البيانات
يعمل الموقع عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وبسياسات أمان صارمة، ونقصر الوصول إلى البيانات على من يحتاجها من فريقنا. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، لكننا نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، وسنُبلغك ونُبلغ الجهة المختصة في حال وقوع اختراق يمسّ بياناتك وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.
09حقوقك
يمنحك قانون حماية البيانات الحق في:
معرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك والحصول على نسخة منها.
طلب نقل بياناتك إليك أو إلى جهة أخرى بصيغة منظمة.
تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو استكمالها.
طلب حذف بياناتك عندما لا تعود لازمة أو عند سحب موافقتك.
تقييد المعالجة في حالات معيّنة، والاعتراض عليها، ومنها الاعتراض على التسويق المباشر.
سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على المعالجة التي تمّت قبل السحب.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على customer.services@knowledgestreams.co. قد نطلب منك ما يثبت هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب، وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحددها القانون. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى مكتب الإمارات للبيانات إذا رأيت أن معالجة بياناتك تخالف القانون.
10الزوار من خارج الإمارات
إذا كنت تزورنا من دولة أخرى، مثل دول الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة العربية السعودية، فقد تمنحك قوانين بلدك حقوقًا إضافية، وسنتعامل مع طلباتك بما يتوافق معها.
11الأطفال
خدماتنا موجّهة إلى الشركات والمهنيين، وليست موجّهة إلى من هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
12التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث، وسنُعلمك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر البريد الإلكتروني إن كان لدينا بريدك.
“Knowledge Streams” is a brand operated by KNOWLEDGE STREAMS FOR CONSULTANCY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data collected through www.knowledgestreams.co and its linked contact channels.
This policy explains how we handle your data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, its Executive Regulations and related decisions (the “PDPL”).
02Data we collect
Free-preview form: your email address, phone number (optional), the standard you are interested in, your company’s industry, the departments you select, and the package you clicked.
Communications: what you send us by email or WhatsApp, such as your name, company name and message content.
Purchase and billing data: your name, company name, billing address, tax registration number (if any) and order details. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser type and visit time in server logs for security and to run the site.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it to us.
03Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party tracking. It only stores your language and currency choice in your browser (localStorage), so the site appears the way you chose on your next visit. These values are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
If we later add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling them.
04Why we use your data, and our legal basis
Sending the preview and answering your questions: based on your consent when you submit the form or contact us.
Fulfilling your order, delivering your package and providing support: because it is necessary to perform our contract with you.
Issuing invoices and keeping records: to meet our legal obligations, including UAE VAT and tax-procedures law.
Protecting the site and preventing misuse: through server logs.
Marketing messages: only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
05Who we share your data with
We share data only as far as needed, with service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:
our website host (Hostinger);
our email provider (Titan, via Hostinger), which sends our replies;
the automation server that receives and stores form requests (n8n, hosted by Contabo);
our payment provider, when you buy;
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there, in which case WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies;
competent government or judicial authorities, when the law requires it.
06International transfers
Some providers may store data on servers outside the UAE. When that happens we follow the PDPL’s cross-border transfer rules: we transfer data to countries with an adequate level of protection, under appropriate contractual safeguards, or in the other cases the law permits.
07How long we keep data
Sample requests and enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Customer and invoice records: for the duration of our contract, then for as long as tax and commercial law requires (at least five years for tax records).
Server logs: according to our host’s policy, usually a short period for security purposes.
After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
08Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with strict security policies, and access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
09Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
have your data transferred to you or to another party in a structured format;
have inaccurate data corrected or completed;
have your data erased when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
restrict or object to processing in certain cases, including direct marketing;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
To exercise any of these rights, email customer.services@knowledgestreams.co. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the period the law sets. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
10Visitors outside the UAE
If you visit from another country, such as the European Union or Saudi Arabia, your local law may give you additional rights, and we will handle your requests in line with them.
11Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We publish the updated version on this page with its “last updated” date, and we will email you about any significant change if we have your email address.
